All of our tees are made to order, and we take care to ensure each item meets our quality standards. If you believe your item is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and the charitable purpose of our organisation, we are unable to offer refunds and do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage customers to review sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Where appropriate, we may offer store credit or an exchange, subject to item availability and the item being returned in its original, unworn condition.

All items are made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production prior to dispatch. There may be a slight delay during sale periods due to high volumes.
